Embedded Many-Core Technology

PDSL is a leading research group in embedded many-core technology. Major concerns of computer systems are typically performance and power consumption. Embedded many-core technology meets both of the requirements at once. It will be a breakthrough to a broad range of next-generation embedded applications including information appliance and automotive systems. Topics of particular interests at PDSL includes:
- SHIM (Software-Hardware Interface for Multi-many-core):

- Optimization of performance and power on several many-core architecture models
- Task decomposition and task fusion
- Task placement on many-core processors
